"Pro-shot upscaled and frame rate increased, from 3 different sources. Complete with Highway To Hell, and For Those About To Rock taken from the Whistle Test. Note that all versions around feature Guns For Hire that was not recorded in Donington, and have Highway To Hell missing.
I did some digging about this DVD and found out that it was recorded on 1 inch videotape by the company who set up the big screens at the gig, and BBC edited a promo for "For Those About To Rock" to be shown on "The Old Grey Whistle Test", music program at the time. A worker from BBC who edited it for the program took a Betamax copy of the main vision mix tape home to watch. The original master tapes have not been found (it is believed that they have been destroyed). This worker claims that he has the best gen of this DVD.
All the versions around (including this one) are a low gen with audio out of synch and missing Highway To Hell. I don't know when it came out to the community, but they have been transfered from a Betamax tape and then edited on windows movie maker, ruining the quality. This was my go at the DVD."
